Problem with Enterprise Server agent in SVM

In the company where I work we have an JDE environment for training. Some months ago we have a hacker invasion problem on our Deployment Server, so we needed to revert it to a backup of that server. We already put up the Weblogic and HTML servers, and the Server Manager as well. However, for some reason, it does not recognize the Enterprise Server agent, it appear with the status "down". The agent logs show that it ir running, but the Server Manager does not show this.

Our SO for Enterprise Server is CentOS, and the user for put the agent up does not do even a ping for the IP of the server, but the user "root" does. We checked the permissions for the user, and they are right.
