Not getting JDE short cut emails

Hi Everyone,

We are not getting jde shortcut email . I am going to any application like p0092 -->Tools-->Send Shortcut and entering address book number . Not getting short cut URL


I have tested UBE completion email and got email .

Doc ID 1206873.1 verified this document (short cut configuration). Looks all the setup are in place.
