two companies and 1 branch plant

dear All,

I have a question , currently we have 2 companies in JDE and sales order entries for both the companies are happening separately.

we are doing lot of ST/OT also in order to transfer the stock between companies.

we want to avoid these ST/OT transfers.

is there any way in the system where we can use one branch plant and enter the orders for both the companies?

physically we have only one warehouse only in the system we have 2 branch plants.

please advise
