AR Customer Balance statements Letter Bursting - Customer Email Address

Hi All,

I need to burst the Customer Statement . But I need to understand which email address we should pick customer level ,Customer account level , site level.

Requirement is to pick the email address as picked for sending Dunning letters.

Please guide.
