Inquiry on SDM Active Directory

Hello folks!,

Our client is requiring us to enroll SDM formerly NNCentral to their Activity Directory via LDAP over SSL.

We successfully manage to tests its connectivity (as seen on the image below)

and we are now on the second step which is configuration of group and its users.

We are worrying if once this configuration changes applied, are we still be able to access the "admin" user credentials? or not anymore?
