(Sourcing) 'Award by spreadsheet' and 'Analyze by spreadsheet' results 0kb xml file

Hello!

We have an issue with one specific RFQ, when trying to use Award by spreadsheet or Analyze by spreadsheet result is blanked. We get zip file with 0kb XML file inside.

I've tried patches 17378026 and 24287284 but result is the same, file is still null.

Product = Oracle Sourcing

Version = 12.1.3
