Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. unable to restrict on budget boundary

Hi,

I am facing an issue while user enter journal which is more then budget assigned amount

e.g: we have a budget 401,650 but system allows 494,000 actual amount how is possible ????

pls advice we have absolute setting on our budget org.
