Req commitment and reversal are in different FY

Requisition commitments in PC will have req date and reversals will have source date(PO date). due to this we have an issue that requisition got created in 2019 and requisition got sourced to PO on 2020, while interfacing the same with PC, we got REQ line under PROJ_RESOURCE is having accounting date in 2019, while RRV line in under PROJ_RESOURCE is having accounting date in 2020.

Is it correct?

While running reports we are getting issue in open pre-encumbrance.
