Deleting Ad Hoc FSG Reports

Hi, we are on 12.1.3.

The system administrator ran the request Program - Delete Ad Hoc Reports, with a parameter of 1, but there is still one old report remaining from 2014 in the RG_REPORTS table. Is there a way to remove this with the concurrent request or do we need to run a custom script?
