custom roles in Fusion Cloud

Hi,

scenario:

we have 4 ledgers,

few users have full access to Ledger 1, but Ledger2 thru 4 they should have read-only access

so these few users with full access to Ledger 1 are assigned with General Accountant and/Or GL manager depending on the business need.

Now we need to give read-only access for the rest of the Ledgers 2 thru 4.

designed solution:

General Account/GL Manager with DAS to Ledger 1,

custom role with read-only access to inquiry on details balances and so on with DAS to LEdgers 2 thru 4

outcome:

Failure !!

the seeded role is assuming the DAS to ledger 2 thru 4 and the users are able to access every task for restricted ledgers too.
