Strange Characters in Page Titles in IE11

Hi Guys - Have any of you guys seen your E1 pages rendering with strange characters per the attachment?  Clearing the browser cache doesn't effect the issue, but rebooting oddly enough seems to resolve it.  We've recently upgraded from tools 9.2.3.3 to 9.2.4.3 and the issue is only impacts those using IE 11.  (Sadly we're still using IE).  Would appreciate any thoughts - Thanks
