Oracle Forms do not launch after 19c upgrade with Java Web Start (JWS)

Good Afternoon!

We upgraded our TST environment to 19c database. I am able to open forms successfully.

When we built another environment (UAT) I am not able to open forms at all. Java applet starts and goes away.

I am using IE but get the same in Chrome.

So far I seem to be the only one that cannot load these forms. So there is something on my machine that is not compatible with JWS. Just not sure what and I need help finding.

Any help is most appreciated!
