PeopleSoft Absence Split period and one absence date was missed what to do?
Hello,
Issue with the missing date on the absence period:
We had issue that 08/31 absence in timesheet but didn’t get paid. Upon further research its identified that Period id we missed 08/31 date.
As we have cascading rules, we cannot correct the absences by adjusting. Can you please let us know how can we handle the missing 08/31 absences?
We tried creating separate period 20200831 specifically for the date 08/31/2020 and attached that to with our latest calendar and run the calc...But we are facing the issue like the absence not retro calculating instead its taking from top of the row. Is there any better solution? I really appreciate your inputs.
