ECB not matching Route
Hello fellows,
Our customer is facing a routing issue on ECB :
They are in the process of adding a CUCM cluster into the existing SIP core architecture composed of ECB and ESBC clusters. The issue they are facing is in a call forwarding scenario where the Cisco user's extension automatically forwards to a mobile number.
So basically the call flow is the following :
Original INVITE : SP => SBC => ECB => CUCM |480 Temporary available (Expected)
Forward INVITE : CUCM => ECB |Getting a 480 No routes found from ECB
The first call diagram shows no issues as we get an expected 480 Temporary unavailable from CUCM. After this, CUCM initiates the forward call with originator number in the From and we can't go further ECB which sends back a 480 No Routes Found.
