EBS Database RAC listener port 1531

Hello

Currently we have EBS that have DB on Exadata, but single node DB. Now we are trying to convert it to RAC. Trying to do it with Doc ID 1626606.1, where in Appendixe E there is EBS listener on 1531 port, but on some blogs others user default 1521 port.

Is there any need to create separate EBS listener on 1531 port?
