Getting error per below while validating Subledger Accounting Menu functions

Hi

As noticed during validation steps after upgrade from 11i to R12.2.9 in Payables

Can someone please provide steps to resolve the below error that is received

In a User (custom) responsibility for Payables -

Accounting > Subledger Accounting> Accounting Events:

Web page form opens with below error -

"Subledger accounting features are not available to the General Ledger and Subledger Accounting responsibilities. To access this feature, please use a responsibility that creates subledger accounting such as Payables or Receivables"

Please help on required setups to resolve this error ASAP
