Table Row Count between CPROD90 and CPROD92 where any CPROD90 table has greater than 0 rows, and CP

I am looking for any discrepancies in Table Row Count between CPROD90 and CPROD92 where any CPROD90 table has greater than 0 rows, and CPROD92 now has 0 rows.

I would like Oracle inputs on whether the 56 tables listed are a problem. I believe most of these are this way in CPROD92 because either the data has moved or the table is no longer used and the upgrade process cleared the rows.

Please let me know how to backtrack and get resolution for the prroblem
