HTML type data in XML Publisher Report

Hello,

We are in Oracle EBS 12.2.8. In case any data saved using Rich Text Editor in OAF (like comment in Appraisals), the data is stored in tables as HTML format. When we fetch the data to display in XML Publisher Report, instead of getting formatted, it shows with the tags or special characters (like &#0160, <b> etc.).

How can we sort this out?
