Oracle Database 18c rpm installation : how to modify ORACLE_BASE ?

Hi,

I've installed Oracle 18c on a test server. By default ORACLE_BASE destination if /opt/oracle. I would like to modify this destination to /u01/app/oracle. Is there a way to customize installation when using rpm ?
