Xadmin not opening with host name.

Hi All,

we are using xstore 15.

We have an issue that we open Xadmin with host name e.g. "https://hostname:8443/xadmin" is not opening and when we open it with public ip e.g. "https://123.123.123.123:8443/xadmin"it is opening.

what could be the reason for this. and does it affect Xoffice/ xstore by any means.
