I must start database migration to ORACLE 19c...

Hi people.

Could you recommend which patches I should install in the ORACLE_HOME of the ORACLE 19.3 database before I start creating databases and then import the data from previous versions? (We are working with Oracle 11.4 and we have new linux machines to migrate the databases)
