BI publisher with Excel template - missing report header info from server running.

Hello,

I developed a BIP using Excel template and output excel file.

From my local, the output works fine.

From server, every detail line works fine, but the data fields from report page header or report properties, such as user ID, environment, etc, don't show on the excel or show as blanks(I put these fields on the top section of the work sheet).

Does someone know what is the reason for BIP behaving like this?

E1 9.1. i-Series.
