How to determine password for native directory user?

Hello,

We have Hyperion 11.1.2.4. We want to determine the passwords for some of our native directory users so we can document the passwords. In the HSS database, there is a CSS_USERS table, with a password column, but the data is disguised. Is there a way to query the table and show the password in text? Our database is SQL Server.
