Where does a manager see the mandatory learning their employees are enrolled in ?

We are looking to use the mandatory learning functionality, but I can't see anywhere in MSS that a manager would know that their employee is enrolled in mandatory learning, or when the due date is. The same for ESS, where would the employee see their mandatory learning and due date?

We are currently on ELM 9.2.18 and PT 8.56.
