How do I stop cafe screen data selection refreshes?

We recently upgraded our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne tools version from 9.2.2.5 to 9.2.4.2.  Since we have done this we have a café screen that refreshes the data selection.  This happens when in the line entry (W42101D) of P42101 in a version that we have set up to process returns.  It has a café that displays the inquiry version of P42101 and this is where the undesired refresh takes place.

Any time we enter a line or come back from the header, credit check, or attachments our data selection in the café refreshes which is quite annoying.  For some reason it does not do this when returning from the order address.  We did not have a problem with refreshes in the old tools version.  All of this is in IE.
