How to handle Washington B&O tax requirements in Oracle EBS 12.2.5?

We have a requirement to calculate and accrue for B&O tax in the state of Washington. The business is required to pay this tax which is calculated on the gross sales. Is there an out of the box solution in Oracle EBS to handle this?
