How to handle B&O tax for state of Washington in Oracle EBS 12.2.5?

We have a requirement to calculate and accrue for Business and Occupation tax (B&O tax) in the state of Washington. The business is required to pay this tax which is calculated on the gross sales. It is not passed on to the customers. Is there an out of the box solution in Oracle EBS to handle this? Has anyone come up with a solution in Oracle EBS for this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
