To export the members which are tagged with specific attribute

We are need of below. Please help me.

Consider entity dimension, Entity has H1, H2, H3 etc and each of the hierarchy has L01, L02, L03,,,L09.

So, each H has up to 9 low level members, I have tagged some of them as A1 and A2 , A3attributes.

Now , my requirement is to extract only H2 members which are tagged with A1 and A3.

Please help me to find any function/technique which can be used.
