How to stop users from terminating UBE's in WSJ?

Hi, we are on JDE 9.2, tools 9.2.4.4

Just looking for some advice on best practice. We want to stop users from being able to terminate jobs (their own jobs or any jobs at all) in the WSJ application. We would still like the "IT power users" to be able to terminate jobs.

My thoughts were to try with security type 6 (hyperexit security): restrict the "terminate" option at *PUBLIC level and then on the "power users" role only add permissions to terminate jobs.

Does anyone have experience with this, anything we should be wary of?
