Reviewer not getting notification for requisition

Hi experts,

We are facing the issue that reviewer is not getting notification after approval action performed by the approver.

In approval process setup, we have defined the reviewer in approval step definition for every step but reviewer will not get the notification.

Also after final approval or denial, requester will not get notification of acknowledgement of approver action.

Need help to resolve this issue.
