Last_login column in dba_users not updated for Proxy users in 12.2c

The last login column gets updated when the signs in directly BUT when the signs into the database using PROXY authentication

this column is not updated.

We have noticed this issue with Oracle database 12.2 release.

Is this a Bug?

Has anyone else experience the same?
