Bursting

in BI Publisher (MOSC) 5 comments

Hi,

I'm using bursting in XML Publisher to email a report. I have set up the concurrent program and then using the XML Publisher Administrator I added the XML file and the bursting control file under Data Definitions tab and finally added a rtf template file under the templates tab.

Under XML Pub Admin | Administration | Config | Properties | General | Temporary Directory | has the value /u01/app/oracle/uat/xml_pub_temp

In the bursting file I have the same location

 <xapi:template type="rtf" location="/u01/app/oracle/uat/xml_pub_temp"> </xapi:template>

My question is, should I copy the rtf template to this location (/u01/app/oracle/uat/xml_pub_temp) as well, since I'm getting an error like 'File not found'
