R30835

Good morning. I could use some help with an issue we are seeing when running the R30835. We have two different versions of R30835, each with data selection to include only certain branch plants. However, the UBE output is still including both branch plants.  

This is causing an issue because the two branches have different costs. What is happening is that the cost gets updated correctly when it runs the first time, but when it runs the second time the transactions are reversed. I don't see anything different between the set up of these two items.  

I'll be the first to admit that this isn't my strongest area in JDE, so I could very well just be overlooking something. I've attached some detail, if that helps.
