When migrating an Oracle text to 19c the $KD and $KR

When the same index is created in 19c it does include the $KD and $KR indexes.

What are these indexes needed for in the 19c version?

We are migrating databases from 12.2 and in that version those indexes do not exist and if these two indexes are required then we would have to rebuild the index and in some databases it will take days.
