Patch Wizard - Not Downloading Language Patches

Hello Experts,


Please assist me on below,

 Patch Wizard - Not Downloading Language Patches

Customer tried downloading a patch with the codeline and without.  Either way don't get the languange patches.

We needed to apply patch 30577813 so I entered it into the patch wizard and it only downloaded file  p30577813_R12.FND.C_R12_LINUX.zip  but should have downloaded  p30577813_R12.FND.C_R12_esa.zip and

p30577813_R12.FND.C_R12_frc.zip as well according to how I had my preferences set.

This patch had prereqs that have already been applied.


Please let me know if any information is needed.
