New Address Book Document for 9.2 Enhancement: Improved Handling of Who's Who Information in RTE

Whenever updates are made to Address Book ‘Who’s Who’ record, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Address Book can trigger real-time event notifications to an external system to keep the Who’s Who data in sync. This real time event has been expanded to include all ‘Who’s Who’ columns. This change not only enables our customers to automatically sync Address Book Who’s Who information to external system but also eliminates duplicate data entry and other data problems caused by manual data entry.
