OTL Self Service Time Entry Vs. Time Entry Tables in Database
We are using Self services procurement, but don't move this to procurement because they will move back here.
We have a case where a user entered a timecard with Project and PO information and submitted.
The timecard was rejected asking the user to re-allocate to a new Project/PO for some of those hours.
The user did this, but is given a no funds available on the timecard. This is the symptom. Here is the problem i found which i beleive is causing it and I want to understand and see if anyone has run into this.
- When I look in back end tables for the timecard (hxc_time_building_blocks, hxc_timecard_summary, hxc_time_attribute_usages) the timecard details are per the ORIGINAL timecard
