Oracle EBS R12 - Label printing without implementing WMS/MSCA with only Oracle Inventory implemented

Is it possible to print PO receipt label with only Oracle Inventory Implemented (access Oracle EBS R12 from Desktop) without implementing Oracle WMS/MSCA. Zebra Printer should print the label and acknowledge back to Oracle Inventory regarding the success or failure to print the data. Please clarify.
