Do we need to Setup Freight Carriers and UOM

Hi All,

We are creating a new operating unit (for a new acquired unit) in an existing EBS framework. Do we need to create / setup Freight Carriers and UOM or the new Operating unit as well ? or the existing setup can be available in the new Operating unit ?
