Unable to Configure Siebel Gateway

Hello Experts,


After installation Siebel 20.2 and upgrading the Siebel database from version 8.1.1.11 to version 20.2, when I tried to configure the Siebel Gateway server I got the error "Invalid Gateway Host Name and/or HTTPS Port" although both the hostname & port are correct.


During searching I notice some documents talking about a Certificates issue, so I'm not sure if it's really the case especially that I'm using a wildcard in creating the certificate ("cn=*.ooredoo.ps") because I have multiple servers and my plan is to use the same certificates for all servers (The same Keystore & Truststore files).


Appreciate your suggestions.
