How do you pull future dated benefits changes into the Refresh Benefits Snapshot for the HIPPA 834?

We are on 9.2.30 and PT 8.56.15 and are working to roll out a HIPPA with our health vendor.   We want to send the changes in the file as soon as they are in the system but when you run the Refresh Benefits Snapshot you can enter to run as of current datetime which is what we would use because I want to put it on the scheduler for a daily run Monday through Friday.   But that will only pull changes up to that date so no future changes will go until that date occurs.  

So if for example an employee is getting added to health insurance on 11/1/20 and we have that entered into the system when I run the refresh I would want it to pull that now to get it over to the vendor in advance.
