How to resolve the error APP-AR-96024?
Dear All,
When I'm trying to apply a receipt to an invoice I'm getting the following error message. I checked the CCID mentioned there but there is no issue with it.
'APP-AR-96024: Account Generator is unable to derive information for one or more of the following accounts: COA: 101; Orig CCID: ;Sub CCID: 2056. Please contact your system administrator.'
If any of you have seen this issue previously, kindly advice me to resolve it.
