SDM try to use telnet when add a new device

Hi , I try to add a new device 4600 SBC to SDM 82 , When click in add I see this error


Error occurs in processing data. Failed to validate Device Group 'AP4600ITX' for Network Function 'AP4600ITX'. The Telnet protocol service encountered an unknown error. Reason: Connection refused (Connection refused).


The 4600 Dont support telnet , this use SSH.
