MSCA Move And Complete transaction to only happen on specific Op Seq

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi :

We wish to restrict the MSCA Move And Complete transaction to only happen to serialized units that are current at routing Operation Sequence #270 Queue. Otherwise, display a hard error message and stop. If it's possible?
