How to change Payroll year begin for leave plan EBS HR 12.1.3

We need to change Payroll year begin for leave plan. We started using leave in 2019 and realized at year end the year begin dates are incorrect. Year begin is 1/10 and system is setup with 12/25. We ran carry over for 12/25 and adjusted balances for changes in leave for period 1/10. We are looking for a way to change the pay periods without having to set up leave again. Using Element links that use the pay period.
