Getting error "The transaction failed because there was an error. Invalid distribution account s. ."

in Field Service - EBS (MOSC) Question

Error: The transaction failed because there was an error. Invalid distribution account s. .

User is trying to perform Debrief Usage on an SR for multiple different parts but it is failing with above error. Followed note id Error "Invalid distribution account. Distribution account is not valid for the given organization" When Debriefing An Item (Doc ID 2359926.1). but no luck as there is no change in COGS account in the item.

Also, the account is valid in GL (enabled and valid). Attached screenshot of error for reference including screenshot of COGS account. 

Uploaded detailed screenshots for the reference.

Retried by removing the errored debrief lines and reentering new lines, but facing same issue.
