Form Builder-How to auto-populate fields based on initial field entry/Fluid Form Design Question

I have a new Employee form that has several fields related to the employee. I would like for form user to be able to enter the Employe ID in one field and the associated info would then populate the other fields (PCN, Name, Job Code, Workgroup, etc). Is this possible and how would I do it? If a new prompt type is needed, what is the table I might use?

Also, does anyone know what SECURITY I need for Fluid Form Design? I have the Form_Design role and the accompanying components. I added the Fluid Tile for Design Forms. When I click on it, I get an error that I am not authorized. I have roles: Form_Admin, Form_Design, and Form_User roles.
