Need to find if we need to continue running txkSetPlugin.sh after going to site level Java Web Start

EBS 12.1.3 on 19.7 database.

Can I be pointed to a MOS note that tells us that we can stop updating the java jre download file using txkSetPlugin.sh after we are site level Java Web Start. (also being that plugin only works IE 11 and IE 11 is end of life soon it may be unnecessary due to that ).
