Using Combined Accrual And Cash Basis Accounting in GL Ledgers
There is requirement from our client that they want to use both Cash-basis as well as Accrual Method of accounting.
In this regard I got the Doc ID 793005.1, which says that you can do so, but for that you'll have to create a secondary ledger. But in the example it is showing us to create Cash-basis method in the Primary Ledger and Accrual-Basis in the secondary ledger.
My question is: Would it be fine if I create Primary Ledger with Accrual based accounting method and Secondary Ledger with Cash-basis method?
And Are there any particular area/points which I need to take care of while using these methods and ledger?
