Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

i Need to migrate from 9i Enterprise Edition on Windows to 19c Linux Standard Edition.

first step, Need to know which components/Features are used in EE 9i.

In 9i there is no view like dba_feature_usage_statistics.

Is there a Guideline for this Migration? or scripts to check?

I would be grateful for any information
